My doorbell device stopped working last night. There are no lights on the device. My app shows that the device is disconnected from the Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi router is working just fine; however, I restarted it to be sure. I know that there is power to the device because when I push the button my doorbell rings. I believe that there is a fault within the device, and it needs to be replaced.
