Wired doorbell having the same issues. Not even giving me the temporary wifi to setup anymore. Brand new unit.

Hi @user65456. Can you let us know which model of Ring Doorbell you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page. What part of the Doorbell isn't working? Feel free to attach a picture or a screenshot demonstrating what you're seeing on your end.

Hi @user65785. Please provide the model name for your Ring Doorbell. It is located on the Device Health page, as shown in the example screenshot below. If you aren't receiving a notification on your phone when motion is detected or someone rings the bell, make sure Ring and Motion Alerts are toggled on.
