Doorbell not working

Everything is connected ive got good wifi 61% and the battery level is 90% and its alsi connected to the solor panel (which by the way is a waste of money). The door bell is the old one the first one out which ring has replaced for me as the otherone wouldnt charge anymore. It has been working fine but the last few days nothing not even a motion. I have it connected to the chime and alexa. I have tried restoring the app and doing wifi again but nothing. Tbh im getting fed up. Is there a fault with the old ones or am i doing something wrong or is it all the new updates with the app please help

Hey @Sept1997. You may need to follow up with our support team on this concern, but you can try a reset and reconnect of the Doorbell to see if this helps. Please press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds and then go into the Device Health section and tap on Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. This will walk you through another setup of the device, and if you still have issues after this with the motion capture, please reach out to our support team!
