Doorbell not working not recording

Hi all. What's the story, how t report to Ring that doorbell not working. Doesn't record videos or sending notifications. I can see in history that there has been movement but no video, won't even open that recording.Tougjt Ring would come up with something better support than forum. Bs that I can't even report that there is a problem. Raging....
