By ring doorbell 2 lost wifi after a thunderstorm this morning. I have spent 3 hours going through each and every option Ring lists online to restore connectivity, including a hard reset. I’m beginning to believe there may be a mechanical problem with the doorbell itself.
As a follow up, i have another doorbell and two security cam/light combos. All of them have been reconnected today with no problem.
