Doorbell not starting setup.

Got a new doorbell trying to set it up, have charged it fully and then following the set up manual pushing the orange button on the back. However this is about as far as we get as the blue light on the front of the doorbell stays static and there is no circling or flashing or change to white light…so we can’t go any further to set it up
Have tried many times ? and cannot get anything else happening but the static blue light.
Bit grumpy also that there is no customer service or support line. These products arnt cheap knockoffs…they are marketed as trustworthy security solutions, and priced on par with other companies that have 24/7 support (u kinda want to security system to work 24/7, that’s why u bought it in the first place) Was thinking of buying a complete RING security system…but not now. No support or backup.

Hey @Sammyy. Are you still unable to get the Doorbell into setup mode so that you can set it up in your Ring app? If you are still experiencing this concern and the device cannot go into setup mode, you can try resetting it to see if this helps! For the reset, you will press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds. After a few minutes, try to press the button again to get it into setup mode.
