Doorbell not sounding when pushed

When someone comes to the door and pushes the ringer button, no sound is made in the doorbell or the associated chime, and no notification appears on my mobile device to tell me someone is ringing the doorbell. The video and motion detectors still seem to be working. Any solution to fix please?
