Doorbell not showing on app for shared user

All devices on my ring network went offline, I managed to get all back online apart from my doorbell. I had to delete and reinstall, since then my phone is fine but the doorbell isn’t showing in my partners ring app??

Hi @user67395. If you had to delete the Doorbell and add it to your account again, you would have to give access to the Shared User once more. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Open the Ring app
  • Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner).
  • Select Settings
  • Tap on Users & Pets
  • Select the Shared Users name
  • Toggle on the Doorbell and hit save.
