When checking footage from video doorbell get constant messages saying wasn’t able to record and when I try to view live it won’t show I just get message saying couldn’t connect to front door , I have strong Wi-Fi signal it isn’t obstructed I’ve done everything but it works when it feels like it
Hi @user55377. What specific devices are you having this issue with? What is the RSSI for this device? Are you connected to a 2.4 or 5 GHz network? Are you using a VPN? Is the firmware on this device up to date?
