Hi I installed my doorbell yesterday, I live on a main road, it picks up people walking past my gate (around 3 metres away) however it doesn’t pick up anybody approaching my door or when they are at my door? Any help appreciated!
Hi @CallumB. If your Doorbell is missing some motion events, you can try changing the Motion Sensitivity. Follow these steps to change the Motion Sensitivity:
- Open Ring app
- Select the menu button (three lines, top left).
- Tap Devices
- Select your Ring device.
- Select Motion Settings.
- Choose Motion Sensitivity.
- Adjust the bar to your liking and save.
