Doorbell not picking up motion

Hi,

We have a carer coming to our house at different times in the day. One of their visits tends to fall between 12-1pm, however the rinng doorbell never seems to pick this up but picks up all other motion in this period along with the carers visit at all other times in the day.

I have checked that we havent got the doorbell on a schedule, so does anyone have an idea to what the problem could be?

Hey @Elliot1. For the Motion Frequency setting, do you have this at Standard? If it’s at standard, try switching this to frequent to see if this helps! This will ensure that all events are picked up and recorded for, as some events happening before and after other events may be snoozing the recording from picking up another and recording right after an event. Mine didn’t pickup the person that was right at the door… it’s crazy
