My doorbell was working fine, sending alerts to my hearing aids, until I charged the battery for the first time. Now it rings on my phone not my hearing aids. Both are connected to bluetooth. How do I fix this?
Actually ring is not connected to Bluetooth. How do I do that so alerts go to my hearing aids?
Hiya @KR1968! Have you tried deleting the Ring app, rebooting your phone (turning it off/on) and then reinstalling the Ring app? This may fix the concern about the notifications not coming through like they should. You will also want to make sure that under your phone settings > Ring App > that Bluetooth is allowed/on and that the notifications are under the correct preference.
