My video doorbell is plugged in to charge via the USB, but nothing is lighting up to show that it’s actually charging. It’s been plugged in for almost 6 hours and it still says 15% battery in the app. Last night it was at 50% and I have no idea why it would drop that fast.
Hey @PhillyJR! Try charging from different outlets around the home to ensure it’s getting the proper power. If there are still no charging lights, please perform a reset by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps!
Turns out my unit is completely dead and won’t recharge. So I’m waiting for my replacement to come. This will be my 3rd doorbell since purchasing in June 2018. ?
