Doorbell not connecting to wi-fi

I installed a 2nd gen ring doorbell about a month ago. It worked fine up until about 4 days ago, when it quit connecting to my home wi-fi network. I called support and they walked me through how to reconnect the doorbell to the network, but it didn’t work. The support rep shipped me a new doorbell. Now the new doorbell won’t connect. I have not made any changes to my wi-fi. What is going on here?

I’m new to all this but wouod appreciate some help or guidance

Snap. I’m having the same issue nothing has changed but my WiFi has disconnected and won’t reconnect at all.

Do I need to contact customer services?? I have the basic annual subscription woupd that cover my device??

Hi Neighbors. Is your Doorbell connected to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? Does your network automatically switch between the two WiFi bands? What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Can you share the specific step that you cannot get passed, or share a screenshot of the specific error you are getting? This will help me determine the next best steps.
