My doorbell has disappeared from the app and when I try and add it back it states it’s registered to another user. How can I fix this??
Hi @user65944. Check that you are on the correct Location in the Ring app by tapping the Location name in the top center of the app and selecting the correct Location from the drop-down list. You might also have logged into the wrong Ring account, so verify which email address you used when initially setting up your Doorbell.
If you’ve verified you’re on the right Ring account and the correct Location, but still do not see your Doorbell in the app, please reach out to our support team to look into this further.
