Ring doorbell has good health but live view & ring alerts time out without showing live action. Any suggestions?
Hi @DonCarlo. I’d recommend reviewing our Community Post on common causes for concerns with Live View and how to resolve them here. Typically Live View concerns like what you’re experiencing are due to the signal the Ring is receiving, so you may want to check the RSSI from the Device Health page as well. I hope that helps!
