My doorbell stopped working about a year ago. I have bought a new battery and recharged the old one. The light comes on but does not spin. I have tried several times to press the inner button but that does not initiate the spinning that is required. It worked well for about 2 years. I have tried unsuccessfully several times to get help from RING but they appear to be neglecting the North of England and do not reply to my requests. HELP please.
Hi @user28750. You can try a factory reset of your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds to see if it then enters setup mode.
