I’ve had my doorbell (gen2) for a few months and subscribe so I can save the videos. I’ve had nothing but trouble with the doorbell saying it’s online but can’t connect to use live view, can’t connect to reboot it even though it says it’s online and internet is connected as the website health check says it’s online. How do I solve this without constantly taking it off the door to reset it??? If I had my time again I wouldn’t have bought this and wouldn’t have been subscribing to a poor servive
Hi @Nidget1402. You can try the following steps to address your concern:
Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in
Verify your Doorbell has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI.
Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20-25 seconds, then reconnect it to your wifi because the reset will disconnect it.
