Hi I can’t charge my battery for my doorbell. It seems to be the connection on the charger itself as tried several charging wires. Any ideas what I could do?
Hi @user63412. Trying other cables was an excellent step to take when a Doorbell is no longer charging. Since you have eliminated the cable as the issue, the next step is to factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds to see if it helps.
