My ring doorbell is not recording at anytime I need help
Hey @Letshaveacoffee. What model of Doorbell do you have? If possible, can you please also share a screenshot of your Motion Zones in the Ring App? Additionally, what is the RSSI listed as under the Device Health screen? You can learn more about RSSI in our Community Post here.
