Doorbell has died

My doorbell hasn’t been ringing my Chime or alerting my phone. Tried to reinstall on my phone but not getting a spinning blue light to connect the Ring app to Ring network. No blue light while charging either. How do I get it fixed?

Hi. My doorbell never been set up

tru my iPhone. I don’t know what’s the problem

My doorbell died on June 20, 2020. The ring website is totally worthless in my efforts to revive the device. I tied to access the “chat” line. Of course, I got the message that chat is not available! Anyone out there who has some info on how to resolve the issue? I certainly can’t look to ring to help!
