Doorbell has completely stopped working

Hello all, my doorbell has stopped functioning completely. Prior to this, everything worked perfectly, now it no longer picks anything up, anytime it shows as motion detected it records a static clip and that’s it. I can’t even access live view, if it does eventually connect, it just shows a single picture rather than a live video. I have tried to fully disconnect and reinstall but this has not worked. I have also tried to troubleshoot multiple times and this hasn’t worked either. My Wi-Fi has not moved so I don’t believe it is the connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am desperate to get this fixed ASAP. Thanks!
