I’ve had my Ring Pro for almost a year. In the past two months, it has started going offline every single night in the middle of the night. We upgraded our internet but that didn’t change anything. It works perfectly during the day. Any ideas why it goes offline at night and steps we can take to fix it?
Hey @JMill. Have you ensured that there is proper power being supplied to the Doorbell? Do you have the Pro Power Kit installed? Are you able to look into your network history or settings to see if there is any router maintenance being done at night that could be affecting this? Sometimes routers do updates in the middle of the night that could be causing this, so it may be a good idea to check with your ISP to see if the Doorbell is disconnecting at night time.
