Doorbell going offline every few days

Doorbell keeps going offline. Done the reset using orange button but only stays online a few days. Never had this issue until a couple of weeks ago.

Hi @user26274. Check the RSSI on the Device Health page to see if your Doorbell's signal is strong enough. A weak or unstable signal can cause your Doorbell to disconnect from your wifi network. You can learn more about signal strength [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Your-Ring-Device-s-Wifi-Signal-Strength). Improving the signal should help prevent your Doorbell from disconnecting. There's a few other things to keep in mind regarding connectivity. Ensure your Doorbell is not too far from your router. We recommend the Doorbell be no farther than about 25 feet from your router. Additionally, check that your Doorbell is receiving [sufficient speeds](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/20121295351828-Finding-Your-Internet-Upload-Speed) from your wifi network.
