Why does my doorbell go offline when I’m away
A Video Doorbell falling offline is often due to wifi signal interference or network variables. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. I recommend also checking with your internet service provider to confirm there is no interruptions in service.
When you are away from your home, your mobile device is likely to use cellular data. Please ensure you cellular coverage allows for streaming and that there is not a VPN enabled. I hope this helps!
