Doorbell goes flat after 2 days

Got a ring doorbell in February this year, everything has been working great however the last couple of weeks we have noticed that the battery goes flat after a couple of days.
Is this a fault with the product - how do i get it swapped ?

Hi there, @Mark1616! There are many variables that can be considered when battery is draining quickly. Most often this is due to usage, or number of events per day. Battery charge can also be impacted by poor wifi signal, many long live views per day, or even temperature. Check out our Community post for more tips on optimizing battery use.
