I have a problem with Doorbell Elite. It does not work anymore. It lights up white or blue throughout. Without blinking, steady light.
I can start the reset (15 seconds on the small black button), but the doorbell does not go into setup mode. The white light only flashes for a while - it does not turn continuously in a circle. And after 10 Minutes deep blue light circle.
And all after trying to connect the doorbell to the TP-Link PoE switch.
Hi @Vedran. If you’ve ensured that the POE injector is connected properly and your Ring Elite is getting adequate power, try the steps listed in this Help Center article here. If you’ve tried this to no avail, it may be best to contact our support team to look into this for you.
