Doorbell drops Wi-fi and won’t reconnect

My doorbell keeps losing connection. And then won’t reconnect. Tried so many times it’s ridiculous. Got through to support two days ago and they managed to get it working not sure if this was by giving them access. But I couldn’t reconnect using my phone I had to do it on my daughters phone.
The connection has dropped again but now I can’t call as they close at 7pm. There is no one else available to help with another phone in the house until after these hours.
I’m now without a doorbell.
I believe it must be faulty now but how do I sort it out?

Wait until the next business day to call.
