My ring doorbell has stopped sending audio notifications to my phone. I have checked all the advised remedies, restarted the phone, reset the doorbell. I get the video and text message to say there is someone at the doo but no audio chime/ding dong. The wifi is 2.4khz and 5Khz. I get a good signal test.
Hi there, @rarefossil! Receiving the push notifications is half the battle, and I’m glad to hear that much is working for you. For audio, please ensure your mobile device is allowing sound and is not in silent or do not disturb mode. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled, or bluetooth devices connecting that might interfere. I recommend checking your App alerts tones in the Ring app to ensure they are set to a sound alert. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
