Doorbell disconnects continuously since Feb 3rd 2021

Has anyone started to have issues since 3rd Feb, my doorbell (first edition) now disconnects for no reason and can only be reconnected by orange button set up - not had an issue for many years but now is daily disconnections - getting angry now

Hi there, @Ian6! Connection concerns are often related to wifi signal strength. There is a device health section in your Ring app that will report the most recent battery and signal resources. Have you tried a reset? This can also help if your device is falling offline. A reset can be performed by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
