Doorbell device ownership issue

Hi there need help
My video door bell not working, its register with someone how do you tranfer device, i have changed my password and now cant get in

Hi @user63139. If the Ring Doorbell is registered to another owner, they need to remove it from their Ring account before you can add it to your own Ring account. If they’ve already done so, but you’re still receiving this error, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for further assistance.
