I get a huge delay before I get the notification on my phone. My plug in chime can ring, I can get to my front door, deal with whoever is there and when they’ve gone and I shut the door, my phone will then ring.
Hi @user39471. It’s likely not a signal issue with the Doorbell itself, but it’s always a good idea to verify the signal strength on the Device Health page to rule that out. I’d also recommend making sure your Ring app and your phone’s software are fully updated. Additionally, check that your phone has a good connection either through wifi or through mobile data.
