I have a ring indoor camera and a ring doorbell gen 2. I connected my indoor camera just fine no issues and rather quickly. I can not connect my ring doorbell. The white light flashes to the left and I’ve checked multiple times it’s not the internet connection. I’m in the same room as the router/modem. I have no idea what to do.
Hi @Camurr. There are a few different things you can try when the in-app setup is not working properly. First, try setting the Doorbell up on a different phone or tablet, and make sure all VPNs and bluetooth are disabled. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s complete, try the setup in the Ring App again.
