Doorbell camera video distorted
The video quality of my doorbell is purple. Looks like a picture from Dr. Seuss. It is the ring doorbell pro and is hardwired. No batteries. Why does it look like this?

looks like the direct sunlight is causing it? Does it do that even when the sun is behind the house.

Hi @Pknight719. Oh, the places you'll go! This definitely looks like the Lorax's front yard! Typically this colored video is from the Night Vision getting stuck in the on position. This can be corrected a few ways. One, simply turn the power connected to the Ring Pro off for 2 minutes, and then turn it back on. Two, remove the Faceplate and hold the Setup Button for 20 seconds, then release and put the Faceplate back on. Both of these methods will correct the situation. Let me know if this works for you!
