I bought by doorbell camera couple of years ago, and it was working fine until two days ago. The image is totally blurry, and I can’t see anything. Are there any guarantee or way to hard reset it?
Hi @Gabo-27. First, I would suggest cleaning off the Doorbell’s lens with a dry washcloth to ensure there is no dirt or debris on it. If that doesn’t do the trick, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least seconds. After that’s complete, you’ll want to follow the steps under Set Up a Device to set it back up in the Ring App. Then you can test out the Live View to make sure the quality is no longer blurry.
