Doorbell Alarm on Phone
Are we ever going to get a fix in the vibration notification settings where the phone can give us an audible alert when the doorbell is rang by visitors or mail deliveries? Especially when we’re away from home?
I don’t think we should have to put our phones on “Do Not Disturb” and then force the Ring app to ignore Do Not Disturb so that we can receive the doorbell alarm.
It’s an unnecessary process for us to do for something so easy to fix.
(literally just add a toggle button for “regular notification” vs “ring alarm override”)
Something needs to be done to elevate this major headache

Hi @mataraul_09. You should be able to get notifications with sound from the Ring app without having to put your phone in Do Not Disturb Mode. If you are not getting audio from your notifications from the Ring app on your phone, try the following steps:
Verify your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest updates available.
Make sure the volume on your phone is up and verify that it is not in Silent Mode if its an iPhone.
Check your App Alert Tones in the Ring app for your Doorbell to make sure you have a tone selected.
Toggle off Bluetooth on your phone to see if it makes a difference.
Reboot your phone.
