Doorbell 4 battery draining

I have a doorbell 4 which has been performing satisfactorily for the the last 2years. However recently the battery has been draining over a 2/3day period. Nothing has changed, 24v ac supply is good, wifi is good, motion detection zone has not changed, weather conditions normal. Have changed batteries, removed all motion detections, and carried out a reset on two occasions and still the battery drains quickly. Is there a life expectancy for a doorbell4? I am fully aware of the checks recommended by RING which have been carried out to no avail. Any assistance please.

Hi @GrahamP3. If there is no increased activity, your settings are the same, I would learn towards the battery being the culprit here.
