How do you know if your solar charger is working for the doorbell 3 plus?

When the Solar Charger is connected to your Doorbell 3 Plus and is receiving at least 4-6 hours of direct sunlight per day, it should register in the Ring App as connected under the Device Health screen. You can access this screen by opening the Ring App > Main Menu > Devices > your Doorbell > Device Health.
If you’re not seeing it as connected, try to disconnect the Solar Charger and reconnect it. Once that’s done, trigger a test event when it is in direct sunlight and pull up the Device Health screen to verify that it is showing connected.
