Doorbell 3 plus snapshot Capture

Hi, just upgraded from Rd1 to a 3 plus and since install the snapshot capture isn’t working? The dashboard only updates when there is motion or ring and then it shows footage not available? No issues with WiFi and rsi at 56! Any ideas?

Hey @Haighy. You could try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and then reconnecting it to see if this helps! After the reset, go into the main menu of the Ring app > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. From here, you will go through another setup of your device. After this, monitor your Timeline to see if you still have unavailable footage happening for you.
