Doorbell 3 not connecting to the internet

Hi Everyone,

We have just purchased a Ring Doorbell 3 and are trying to install it. We go through all the steps within the app our ring network appears and we can then find out wifi but once we have entered the password it will not connect and we keep getting a white light on the right hand side of the lights. We have tried setting it up on or main wifi account and have placed the doorbell next to the router. We have tried to use wifi boosters to connect but keep getting the same result. We have had a look at the topics on here and have checked our wifi is on the correct wifi signal for the doorbell and have checked that the router is on channel 1. We dont know what else to try. Can anyone help. Thanks
