Doorbell 3, last 10 days when someone rings the bell it then loses connection to WiFi

Over the last 10 days whenever someone has rung the doorbell it then loses connection to the wifi. I have to then take out the battery and then replace it to get it connected again?
Has some firmware been updated or something changed or any reason this is happening?

Hi @MattyLeeder. Has anything changed with your wifi network or settings? The Doorbell being rung should not cause it to lose connection, so there may be something else going on with your wifi settings or even the privacy settings in your network. You can try resetting the Doorbell entirely by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know how that works. :slight_smile:
