Doorbell 3+ goes off line when battery drops to around 50%

Having an issue with my 3 Plus doorbell.

It works fine, good connection, good RSSI, right up until the battery level drops to around 50% then it goes offline!

Only way to solve it is swap the battery over.

I have two batteries, the one that came with it and a spare that I bought. Exactly the same issue with either battery.

Any ideas?

Hi @Goooner1. Good call on trying a different battery to narrow down if the concern is with the battery or the Doorbell itself. I’d recommend inserting a fully charged battery into the Doorbell and then performing a reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
