My Doorbell 3 flashes white for a short time. This happens after it senses motion, stops recording, and then senses motion again. It doesn’t seem to be a firmware update since this keeps happening. It won’t record when motion is sensed the second time. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
Hi @user74040. I would recommend trying a factory reset on your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your wifi.
