I’ve had my ring 3 for a month now. Just today, it stopped recording and trasnmitting audio. Tested and found out while my voice is being transmitted outside through the doorbell, I can’t hear anything on my phone or on other devices. Even in the recordings, my voice from my phone is being recorded, but no input is being recorded from the doorbell. No sound can be heard from live view either.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hey @blz0r. I recommend doing a reset of your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset, walk through the steps in this Help Center Article here to reconnect your device and do a new setup of it. Once this is complete, test the Live View and the recordings to ensure you can hear both sides of the conversation.
