Doorbell 2nd Generation won't connect to wi-fi

2nd generation Ring doorbell has disconnected from my wi-fi and it won’t reconnect.

Likey due to a bad WiFi signal getting to your Doorbell. Have you tried a WiFi extender or a Mesh type router setup to get a better signal to your device?

Try bringing your Video Doorbell inside nearby the router. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged and follow these steps to reconnect your Ring device. If your device does not reconnect, try another mobile device and ensure there is not a VPN enabled.
