Hi @user48318. Make sure the battery is fully charged, which is typically after about 6-8 hours. Then try to reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, try setting your Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
