My doorbell won’t charge. It was minus 2 on Saturday so I followed instructions and left it in the house to get up to room temp and still nothing. The cable works as I use it to charge other things. The doorbell is 3yrs old. Anyone else had this?
Hi @DaveAsh. Plug the Doorbell’s battery in to charge for at least 8 hours using the provided charging cable. Make sure it’s plugged into a standard power outlet as well. Then attempt to reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
