Doorbell 2 unit won't work

Doorbell 2 unit will not work. Batter is fully charged. Unit seems to be dead. The last time it worked was on October 6, 2019 less then a year from purchase. Can anyone help. Ring won't fix the problem since the purchase date has past 30 days. I originally purchased the basic plan.
