Doorbell 2 unit will not work. Batter is fully charged. Unit seems to be dead. The last time it worked was on October 6, 2019 less then a year from purchase. Can anyone help. Ring won’t fix the problem since the purchase date has past 30 days. I originally purchased the basic plan.
Hey @Johntue! It sounds like you’ve tried quite a bit to get this setup. I recommend trying a reset, by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. With the battery being fully charged, you should see lights on the front. If this does not improve operation, please reach out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, as they can troubleshoot more indepth.
