Doorbell 2 stopped charging / chiming
In the last few weeks, my doorbell 2 stopped charging and stopped activiting the existing chimes. I have confirmed the existing wiring is fine. I can activate the chimes by shorting across the screw terminals but the doorbell will no longer activate them. The doorbell has the latest firmware and nothing seems amiss on the baseplate. I'm out of debugging ideas.

Hi @Payneinthe. I would first make sure your Doorbell is fully charged by plugging it into a charger. Once you've verified that, I would try to reset and reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. To reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After your Doorbell reboots, [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to wifi.
