Hi, I owen a doorbell 2, since last month worked well, bu suddently stopped to notify all door call and the motion detection as well. Maybe it s firmware undate issue, cause I havent chance Any parameter. I tried Again to restart the app on Android phone but without Result. How is it possibile?

To perform a reset on your Ring device, simply hold down the setup button for 20 seconds, then attempt a new setup in the Ring app. I hope this helps!
